Clapham Book Festival

Omnibus Theatre & Clapham Common

UNTIL Saturday 16th October

Clapham's own Book Festival is back in 2021.

Our shorter programme kicks off at 2pm with guided walks around literary Clapham led by local authors, including award-winning writer Annemarie Neary.

Clapham has a long and illustrious literary history, this is a unique way of exploring it, but ticket numbers are limited so be sure to get yours.

At 5:30pm, Sir Michael Morpurgo will be at Omnibus Theatre. The multiple award-winning author and creator of the world famous War Horse, will be discussing his new book When Fishes Flew with local bestselling author Elizabeth Buchan.

At 7:30pm, Ben Macintyre, historian, biographer and columnist for The Times newspaper, will be discussing his book Agent Sonya and trading stories of legendary spies with local writer and broadcaster Simon Berthon. Come and meet them and have your books signed (books will be on sale thanks to our partner, Clapham Books)."

Both performances will also be live streamed, with a copy of the author's book included in the ticket price.

Tickets for all events will be on sale at the start of September via Eventbrite.
