Clapham's Royal Trinity Hospice is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to take up the post of Palliative Care CNS.

The individual in this role will be a key member of the specialist palliative care MDT working across Royal Trinity Hospice's community catchment area supporting health and social care teams in the delivery of palliative and end of life care wherever the patient calls home.
