Emergency water repairs close The Pavement

The Pavement by Clapham Common tube station is still closed to vehicles while emergency water repairs are completed.

Clapham Nub News first reported the issue at 9:00am in our daily Breakfast Briefing, after AA traffic news logged the incident.

The one way street has remained closed from Clapham Common to Clapham Common South Side (the A3) throughout the day.

Traffic can still go straight to join the A3 but the B303 is congested, with cars queuing beyond the Polygon to the Rose & Crown pub.
