Looking for something local to do in Clapham ? Then our Event of the Week column is for you !

Each week we pick an event from the exciting range listed on our What's On in Clapham page by the many businesses and event organisers in the local community.

Our Event of the Week in Clapham this week is the Clapham Common Walk led by tour guide Dr Stephen King.

On Saturday, Dr King will lead a group from Clapham Common Tube Station and on a walk around the neighbourhood uncover all the parts of Clapham Common that to the casual observer, go unnoticed.

In 90 minutes, locals and visitors alike can discover how "from slave traders to David Bowie and the statue that almost broke London Bridge - there is more to Clapham Common than meets the eye!"

To find out more and book your ticket, go to our What's On in Clapham page or the event page on Eventbrite.
