Monday (September 13) was Roald Dahl Day and to commemorate the nation's beloved children's author we made a pilgrimage to his home in Clapham.

Man shot dead in Lambeth shooting named as Chino Johnson

The man killed in a double-drive by shooting in Lambeth was named by police as 27-year-old Chino Johnson.

NHS midwife from Lambeth spared jailed over child porn

An NHS midwife from Lambeth who downloaded and shared hundreds of pornographic images of children was spared jail at Inner London Crown Court on Monday (September 13).

Removal of obsolete phone booths welcomed by Wandsworth councillors

Telecoms company BT wrote to Wandsworth town hall to confirm the removal of 24 redundant phone kiosks from the borough's streets.

Clapham: 50 buildings in Lambeth unsafe in the event of a fire

The London Fire Brigade (LFB) has revealed there are currently 35 blocks of flats with fire safety failings in the borough of Wandsworth and a whopping 50 in neighbouring Lambeth.
