Police share image of girl missing from Putney area

Police have released a picture of a girl missing from the Putney area.

Wandsworth Police have appealed for information about a 14-year-old girl who has been missing since yesterday (August 2).

Akita Ahmed, from Putney, was last seen yesterday at around 11am.

The police are now asking the public to make contact with them so that they know she is safe.

A Wandsworth Police tweet said: "Atika is missing from Putney and was last seen on the 2nd August at 11pm.

"We want to make sure she is safe.

"If you see her, call 999.

"If you have any information which could help us find her, call 101.

"Please share this appeal."
