A bright start to the day in Clapham is a treat to wake to after pouring rain last night signalled Autumn had well and truly arrived. Unfortunately the sun will give way to cloud and isolated showers forecast to develop by midday, though later in the day there will be lengthy sunny spells to enjoy a walk on the Common or al fresco evening plans.

Clapham Traffic

According to AA's traffic news, delays of seven minutes are easing on Poynders Road Westbound, from an average speed of five mph.

Clapham petrol queues continue to cause gridlock, with solid traffic on Nightingale Lane stretching from the Sainsbury's petrol station to Clapham South tube station.

Clapham Junction

08:58 to Stratford is cancelled due to a a fault with the electric third rail detected at Shepherd's Bush. While the electric fault is fixed there is no service between Willesden Junction and Clapham Junction, with both the 09:11 and 09:22 to Stratford confirmed as cancelled.

09:36 to Victoria is delayed by 11 minutes

09:39 to Milton Keynes is cancelled

Otherwise there is currently a good service operating through Clapham Junction.

The Northern Line

There is a good service currently operating on the Northern Line and indeed, all networks on the tube.

What's Happening in Clapham
