This week we are featuring a range of opportunities to work for Trinity, the Michelin Star restaurant based in the heart of Clapham Old Town.

Trinity is looking to hire a Sommelier, Bartender and an Assistant Restaurant Manager.

Below is a summary of each job listing.

Trinity Restaurant Sommelier Job Role

To apply for the role of Sommelier at Trinity Restaurant you will need to have a strong knowledge of both old and new world wines, be an excellent and confident communicator and be passionate about people, delivering exceptional guest service.

You will receive mentoring from Trinity's Senior Sommelier and be given training in stocktaking procedures and cellar maintenance.

Ideally you will hold WSET level 2 or equivalent and come from a quality fine dining background with experience working at Michelin Star level

Trinity Bartender Job Role

As Bartender at Trinity, you will assist all areas of the bar, assist the Sommelier, polishing, general bar duties and various Cocktail Making. You will report to the Restaurant Manager and Head Sommelier.

This is an amazing opportunity to learn about food wine and great hospitality inside a Michelin starred restaurant. You will be expected to work seven shifts per week, be a team player, hard working and driven to grow your role within the company.

All Trinity's front of house staff participates in its in-house wine program and also are given WSET training. As the position involves working closely with the Head Sommelier this is a great position for someone looking to improve their wine knowledge and work towards attaining wine qualifications.

Trinity is looking to extend its cocktail offering and explore matching cocktails with its carefully thought-out menu.

Trinity Assistant Restaurant Manager

The Assistant Restaurant Manager at Trinity will become an integral part of implementing and maintaining the high standards that the team sets itself to. The individual hired will need to be a motivated hard worker. With the natural ability to manage and motivate a team. This role is suitable to someone who is passionate about service, team development and guests.

Solid knowledge of wine, passion for food, ability to engage with guests and develop relationships with the drive and dedication to become a successful manager are all attributes the ideal candidate will hold.

The Assistant Restaurant Manager will come from a quality fine dining background and will ideally have experience working at Michelin Star level.
