Friday: Punky Reggae Party

We weren't lying about the live music in Clapham!

Punky Reggae Party are a cover band based in South West London, playing pubs and clubs all over London and the south East.

At The Bread & Roses Pub they'll be playing the early songs by The Damned, The Clash, Elvis Costello, Stiff Little Fingers and others along with Reggae tunes.

Saturday falls short without a trip to Clapham's very own award-winning local community food market.

Farmers, small independent producers and vendors from local shops set up stalls on Venn Street for the market each week.

Pop along between 10am and 4pm to find high quality, seasonal foods at fair prices.

[H3]Sunday: East of Meon

The East of Meon jazz quarter presents a cool, sophisticated afternoon of modern and jazz standards with a Latin tinge.

Founded 4 years ago by sax player Kati Whitaker, with Marcus Hill on keyboard, conga player Nigel Hosking and bass player David Theriault, East of Meon hope to premiere some of their own work when they perform at Omnibus Theatre on Sunday.
