Saturday, April 1: Live Music - Nether Sun & Berlin Blonde
London based rock collective formed in 2023, Nether Sun has been born out of an appreciation for classic rock and 90s nostalgia topped up by a passion for modern pop and genre experimentation.
Their sound is a journey through the history of pop and rock seasoned by powerful vocals and cleverly constructed riffs.
Berlin Blonde - name originates from a piece of pulp fiction (Red Hot Berlin Blonde) - the blondies' melodious live set is an experience to treasure; one that's both strange and familiar.
Sunday, April 2: Towse + Martha May
Towse is a folk-pop group fronted by Californian singer-songwriter Grace Fellows, currently based in London. Their music has a sense of humour and theatrical energy that walks the line between fun and therapeutic. People who like Phoebe Bridgers, Joni Mitchell, Regina Spektor, or Fiona Apple love their show. Grace performs on piano and vocals, accompanied by fiddler and singer Corwin Zekley and bassist and singer Mark Gunner.
Martha May - a pop singer-songwriter born and raised in Split, Croatia - writing about heartbreak, childhood, and friendship with her unbreakable optimism, claims her songs are stories that are dying to be told; filled with emotion, and burning with hope. Her pop melodies are inspired by numerous artists such as Lorde, LP, Marina, Abba, and many others. With those bright and catchy choruses, it seems her songs are destined to be sung in concert arenas.
Martha's latest performance was in the Croatian Eurovision National Final, where she presented her song Distance to a television audience of over a million people! Full of optimism, Martha continues to create and perform her music, hoping to expand her fanbase in the UK, Croatia, and the world.
