Outside, a patio is laid with sandstone flags and brick wales run behind a leafy sanctuary of tall shrubs planted along each perimeter.

At the end of the garden is a home gym/office.

The house is situated south of The Landor, north of The Old Post Office Bakery. Clapham North (Northern Line) is a three-minute walk from the front door and Clapham High Street Overground is a five-minute walk west.

Clapham Common and Battersea Park are within walking distance, as are the array of shops, galleries, restaurants and cafés of Clapham and Brixton.

There is an excellent selection of local state and private schools including nearby Eaton House, Parkgate School, Thomas's and L'école de Wix Lycée Français.
