Ginger Pig Butchery Classes return

The Ginger Pig has announced the return of its popular Butchery Classes.

Favoured by Clapham's carnivores since 2013 when it opened on Abbeville Road, The Ginger Pig is one of the best local spots to buy high quality meat.

The popular Butchery Classes The Ginger Pig hosts from its Moxon Street branch in Marylebone were paused for pandemic reasons, but return with term starting in September.

Over the course of an evening, guests will learn about the provenance of their meat from Ginger Pig's most experienced butchers while trying their hand at light butchery.

With an informal two-course meal at the end, you'll head home with a new skill and the substantial joint you prepped in class or the sausages you made from scratch.

Not one for our vegetarian readers, check out how to book Ginger Pig's Butchery Classes on its website or ask one of the lovely butchers at Ginger Pig on Abbeville Road.
