Train services across the area are being cancelled this morning as South Western Railway has warned people not to travel on the network.
Virtually all services out of Clapham Junction to Stratford and Willesden Junction have been cancelled, with only a few trains running to London Waterloo, Victoria and South West London suburbs.
SWR Tweeted: "We are receiving a high volume of tweets and will try to respond to you as soon as possible.
"We strongly advise that you don't travel on our network until further notice."
SWR and Network Rail issued a joint statement says continuing problems caused by trees toppled by Eunice on the line are still causing severe disruption.
They said: "Following a series of further incidents caused by high winds on Sunday evening, SWR is urging customers not to travel on Monday.
"While we are working hard to run as many services as we safely can, strong winds and a 50mph speed restriction will cause delays and cancellations throughout the day.
"We also anticipate further line blockages due to fallen trees, with weather conditions likely to hamper efforts to help stranded customers.
"Since Friday's heavy winds of over 90mph, Network Rail have cleared more than 50 fallen trees from the SWR region.
"With the wind direction expected to change it is very likely that more trees will be brought down during storm Franklin, having been weakened over the last two days."
Travellers are being advised to check the SWR website for train details.
