Thickening cloud and strengthening winds are in store for us in Clapham today, with outbreaks of rain gradually following. As the cloud lowers, rain will become showery in the afternoon, with the odd heavy burst possible. If you've held off digging out your winter boots all September, now might be the day to give them an outing. Pollution | LowUV | Low
Clapham Traffic
Clapham petrol queues continue to block Nightingale Lane from the Sainsbury's petrol station back towards Clapham South tube station.
The A205 is snarled with morning commutes, with particular pinch points eastbound towards the junction with Cavendish Road and westbound down Battersea Rise.
Clapham Junction
Trains to Stratford continue to be cancelled due to a a fault with the electric third rail detected at Shepherd's Bush.
A fault with the signalling system between Kempton Park and Shepperton is resulting in disruption to trains between Fulwell and Shepperton, with trains possibly delayed or cancelled until approximately 11:00.
Otherwise there is currently a good service operating through Clapham Junction.
The Northern Line
There is a good service currently operating on the Northern Line. For onwards travel, the Central Line is experiencing minor delays anticlockwise due to train cancellations, and the Hammersmith & City Line is experiencing severe delays, due to a signalling problem at Barking as well as train delays.
